KRISTA KIM
Krista Kim is a pioneering artist, and author of the Techism Manifesto, which she has championed since 2014. She has led the movement to merge art and technology to create a humanistic digital culture. Kim's work has gained international recognition for its innovative use of digital mediums, with her MARS HOUSE being the world's first NFT digital home. Her latest groundbreaking work, HEART SPACE, commissioned by Julius Baer for Art Dubai 2024, explores the intersection of biometric technology and digital art.
Kim's work is driven by her belief in the potential of digital technology to connect people, foster mindfulness, and promote unity. She frequently uses AI generative software, LED installations, and real-time biometrics in her art, creating immersive experiences that bridge the physical and virtual worlds. Her work is deeply influenced by themes of digital humanism, meditation, and collective consciousness.
She has exhibited globally in prestigious art institutions such as LACMA, Davos World Economic Forum, Times Square, The Sphere Las Vegas, and Palazzo Strozzi Museum. Krista Kim is recognized as a cultural leader by the World Economic Forum and has recently received the 2024 Excellence in Digital Art Award from the Créateurs Design Awards.
