Coherence 01
COHERENCE by Ruohan Wang describes the nature of the correlation between waves and their own waves and the coexistence between waves and other waves with respect to some internal physical quantity.
The term "unity of mind and body," as coined by the Chinese philosopher Wang Yangming in the Ming Dynasty, is mainly used to describe the unity of the opposition between the mental and physical, the unity of the opposition between the spiritual and the material, and the unity of the opposition between the essence and the phenomena.

Only through a vivid state of life in the way of self-experience in the real existence of the self can we maintain physical and mental performance.
